BPS investigate break-in and fights

A couple of minor incidents for Belleville Police overnight.

Early yesterday evening police investigated a break and enter on Thrasher road… although nothing appears to have been taken.

Then early this morning… police broke up separate fights at bars on North Front Street.

The crowd at the first fight dispersed when police arrived… while a man was arrested at the second fight… then taken to hospital.

Police say he was hit with a beer bottle.
Both investigations are continuing.
