The Sandbanks Summer Village is getting closer to its grand opening.
Cottage Advisors is the developer of the resort on East Lake near Picton. CEO Chip Hall says they’re getting closer to opening on the May long weekend.
Hall says the 237 summer cottages are 20% sold right now.
Meanwhile, Sandbanks Summer Village has become a special friend of the Friends of East Lake.
Hall says he’ll pay up to half the cost of a shoreland management plan for the lake.
