Housing market solid in Quinte

A solid housing market continues in Quinte.

That from the president of the Quinte and District Real Estate board following the release of its latest stats.

February statistics show in increase in sales this past February as compared to February last year.

Unit sales increased 42 % to 166 units sold.

The bulk of residences sold were in the $150,000 – $250,000 range.
