Strong arguments brought forward on what to do with the county to boost economic development last night at Shire Hall.
There seemed to be almost a balance in arguments between more job creation and the expansion of tourism.
While Mayor Peter Mertens felt more concerned about job creation to help the development one man speaking on behalf of the TasteĀ of Coutny group said he felt that there should be a balance of these two entities.
As well he stated that council should bring together the various groups and foundations into a group that could decide together what is the best route to take in the future of economic development in the county.
Discussions on this will continue at Shire Hall on April 12th.
