Guilty verdict in death of Cherry Valley man

It’s a guilty verdict for Erick Menard in the death of a County man.
Menard was found guilty of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing death in the 2009 death of Jeffrey Vader.
Sentencing will be handed down in May, and in the meantime Menard will be a free man.
Vader’s wife Deborah says she’s happy with the verdict.
Job well done by OPP and all those involved in court room — court work!! Except the flaws in justice system that allow this monster to be free until sentenced!
