The family of a woman murdered by convicted sex killer Russell Williams is suing the former military commander and his estranged wife.
Williams is serving a life prison term after pleading guilty to the murders of Jessica Lloyd and Corporal Marie-France Comeau.
Lloyd’s brother and mother are seeking damages for mental suffering totalling 4 million dollars.
Two other lawsuits have also been filed by victims Williams sexually assaulted.
Both allege he secretly and fraudulently transferred assets to his wife after he was charged in March of 2010.
Ole Russell just can’t seem to get out of the news. I hope the Lloyd family gets what they deserve which is every penny that SOB had to his name.
I know they’d much rather have Jessica back.

I have been watching and listening and I have a funny feeling this is about to get very very interesting.
The fact the Lloyd’s didn’t sue the OPP is very curious!
Another case of the Loyd’s dealing with the horrible unnecessary loss of a terrific daughter and sister. Again with all the dignity and strength of conviction to which they have become known.It’s good to see they are perusing the person responsible for the horrific loss .An amazing family, others could learn from there examples!

i have followed this from the start, knowing friends that know the lloyds and helped trying to locate her.
the big question is that mary harriman not once came forward and offered a public apolgie……makes us all wonder about her, my wife knows even when i twist the truth a bit…….all i can say is GO get them….they desrve everything their asking.
harriman is on the same page as her messed up husband
