Firearms stolen north of Bancroft

Firearms have been stolen in two breakins at homes north of Bancroft.

The O-P-P say a house on Maxwell Settlement Road, and another residence on McGarry Road, both in Hastings Highlands Township, were burglarized. Three firearms were taken from each home. Police continue their investigation.
