Hastings County has seen a drop in provincial offence revenue this year and collecting fines from Sinclair could help the budget.

The county shares revenue from provincial fines..Hastings County receives 42.23 percent, Belleville collects 31.79 percent and Quinte West gets 25.98 percent.

A statment issued in February said efforts to collect the fines would “continue with vigour.”
