Aging at Home Funding for Quinte

Provincial funding of 8.6-million dollars will help more seniors in Prince Edward-Hastings get health care at home.

The money is under the Aging at Home strategy, which provides care to the elderly so they can avoid unnecessary visits to hospitals. The programs are available through the Victorian Order of Nurses, the Prince Edward Community Care for Seniors Association and the South East Community Care Access Centre.
