A Trenton man charged in connection with a fatal traffic accident in Port Perry will stand trial later this summer.
Forty-one-year-old Paul Craine was given the September seventh trial date in Oshawa Provincial Court.
He was charged by Durham Region Police with careless driving, driving without a licence, driving while under suspension and other offences after a 54-year-old man died in a two-vehicle crash on January eighth. A pickup truck was hit on a Port Perry street by an oncoming S-U-V that had crossed the centre line.
